Welcome to FearFree. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FearFree digital anxiety management programme available at fearfree.rolandb31.com (the "Service"). Please read them carefully before subscribing.
FearFree is operated from the Netherlands. By accessing or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FearFree ("we", "us", "our") operates the FearFree digital wellness programme. Our support contact is support@fearfree.rolandb31.com. Our business address has not been publicly listed at this time; please use our support email for all correspondence.
FearFree is a digital subscription programme designed to help busy professionals manage panic attacks, social anxiety, and overwhelm through science-informed tools, guided exercises, and educational content. The Service is delivered entirely online. It is not a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis or require urgent mental health support, please contact your GP or a mental health crisis line.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FearFree. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
FearFree is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Available plan durations and prices are displayed on our website at the point of purchase. All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price to the payment method you provided. We will send you a renewal reminder by email before any annual renewal, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
If we change our subscription prices, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before it renews at the new rate.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (see Section 10). We do not store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
Under Dutch and European Union consumer law (implementing the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as transposed in the Netherlands in the Burgerlijk Wetboek), you have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from the date of your subscription purchase in which you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
However, if you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon the content becoming available, the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery of the digital content has begun. We will ask for this acknowledgement at checkout.
If you have not requested early access and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, please email us at support@fearfree.rolandb31.com with the subject line "Withdrawal Request" and your account details. We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used to purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@fearfree.rolandb31.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside of the cooling-off period — please see our Refund Policy for details.
When using FearFree, you agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these rules, without refund.
All content within FearFree — including text, audio, video, graphics, exercises, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to FearFree and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own private, non-commercial use only.
FearFree provides wellness and educational content only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your mental or physical health.
We aim to keep FearFree available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary outages or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, FearFree's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including but not limited to:
These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We are not responsible for the independent practices of third-party services that you access via links on our platform.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they come into force.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
